Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the eligibility conditions and process for returns, exchanges, replacements, refunds and order cancellations at THE TEE CO.
1. Return Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days from the date the product is delivered or received.
Customers must contact our support team within this period and follow the instructions provided. Any additional rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges may be considered for eligible products in accordance with the product listing and this policy.
To be eligible, a product should generally be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable.
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery or returned without required packaging may be ineligible, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.
Customized Products
Customized or personalized products may have specific return or exchange conditions. The applicable conditions must be clearly disclosed on the relevant product page before purchase. Any such conditions do not remove remedies required by applicable law for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, contact customer support promptly within the return window. Provide clear photographs and order details so the issue can be reviewed.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, exchange or replacement, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

- Your order number.
- The product name and delivery date.
- The reason for the request.
- Clear photographs of the product and issue, where relevant.
- Relevant customization details, if the order was personalized.
Our team will review the request and provide the next steps. Please wait for written confirmation and the return destination before sending any product back.
4. Return Shipping and Fees
Any applicable return-pickup, self-shipping or exchange charges must be communicated before the return or exchange is confirmed.
Where a return is required because the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, contact customer support for instructions on the appropriate resolution.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where disclosed before purchase and permitted by applicable law. This does not remove any remedy legally required for a damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming product.
5. Restocking Fee
No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
6. Refund Method and Processing Time
After the returned product is received or collected, it will be reviewed for eligibility and condition.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned product has been received or collected, inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever supported. The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
If a refund is declined, customer support will communicate the reason, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
7. Order Cancellation
Please contact customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available through the standard process.
If a cancellation is accepted after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be processed within 7 days of cancellation approval.
