4. Prices, Discounts and Payments
All product prices must be displayed in Indian rupees (INR) before purchase. Any sale price, discount, coupon, shipping charge or other mandatory fee must be clearly disclosed before the customer completes an order.
Promotional offers apply only when their published eligibility conditions are met. The final amount shown at checkout should reflect the applicable product prices, discounts and charges before payment.
5. Orders and Availability
Submitting an order constitutes a purchase request. Order fulfilment is subject to product availability, order verification and successful payment or confirmation, as applicable.
If an order cannot be fulfilled because a product is unavailable or a genuine listing or pricing error is identified, we will communicate the issue and arrange any applicable refund for payment already collected.
6. Customized Products
Where customization is offered, customers are responsible for reviewing the submitted text, design, size, colour and other customization details before confirming an order.
Any product-specific customization conditions must be disclosed before purchase. These conditions do not override remedies required by applicable law for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.
7. Shipping and Delivery
The expected delivery timeline is 3–6 days, subject to the delivery location and courier serviceability. Orders may generally be dispatched within 2 business days when products are available in inventory.
Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days from delivery. Return eligibility, customized-product conditions, return-shipping charges and refund processing are described in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned product has been received or collected, inspected and approved, subject to the published policy and applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
